We would like to remind you that on Thursday, October 31st, starting at 8:00 AM, the implementation of the AES/ECS2 PLUS and NCTS2 PLUS systems will take place.
As a result of these changes, significant modifications will be made to customs processes:
👉 The simplified export procedure will no longer be available.
👉 Export sealing will be conducted by customs officers (unless the customs agency has requested the ability to seal all shipments).
👉 Closing transit in imports will only be possible in a simplified procedure, provided that the specific location is included in the transit closing authorization in NCTS.
👉 In cases where there is no transport means number in exports, the code EXP18 may be used, but only after obtaining a change of authorization/decision for the specific approved location.
👉 Approved locations will be able to carry out activities related to the consolidation of shipments and transshipments, but only after receiving a permanent consent/decision from the Head of the Customs and Tax Office competent for the location.
