? Customs Support Poland (Rusak) informs:
ℹ️ The Ministry of Finance has provided the European Commission’s recommendations and the new version of the guidelines regarding the ?application of simplifications mentioned in Articles 166, 179, and 182 of the Union Customs Code.
ℹ️ The latest version of the guidelines concerns the application of simplifications from the implementation date of the AIS/IMPORT PLUS and AES/ECS2 PLUS systems, i.e., from October 31, 2024.
